Spending 12 years teaching languages in Spain and the UK allowed Oriol to delve deep into the teaching industry and re-emerge with fresh ideas, and an enlightened approach. Behind the teaching sessions, the paperwork, and the conference calls are personalities and people. As the founding director, his aim with The Language Plan is to bring that human element back to the forefront of business.
